I am very passionate about helping women become the best versions of themselves and for that reason I decided to specialise in coaching women on confidence and self-worth issues. I have personally suffered with low self-esteem in the past after some life changing events after which I struggled with getting myself back to better place. It wasn't until I discovered and qualified as an NLP Practitioner that I realised that the necessary changes ware down to me. We tailor your face to face coaching sessions to your individual needs and goals. They are based on a continual process of assessment, goal setting, action steps and back to back assessment.
Individual coaching sessions with me take place in the comfort of your home, my office or any other quiet place you would prefer or over Skype or Zoom. Individual sessions are ideal when held once a week. I have found that these frequencies allow us to properly track and support the realisation of your plans and to boost your confidence while we create new positive habits in your daily routine that support you and help you make massive changes in a short period of time
Group Coaching sessions are done by Skype or Zoom. The groups are coached on a weekly basis for 60 minutes per call. Each group consists of people of all ages but with the same goal. The commitment is open-ended in the same manner as individual coaching. Some advantages of group coaching are the creation of a support system, deep self-awareness, a safe environment for experiments, multiple perspectives and passive learning. Participants focus on important goals and the best to achieve them. It’s a great way to feel as a part of community.
Although we look mainly at how to boost your confidence coaching deals with an intentional change of your personality and all aspects of your life in process therefore this does not happen from one day to the next. Some clients make coaching an integral part of their life. But perhaps right now you are only seeking help in a specific situation. That’s perfectly fine.
